Capture quiet detail and powerful dynamics on location
The Zoom F6 Multi-Track Field Recorder brings six microphone inputs, 32-bit float recording and precision timecode into a compact recorder/mixer. From intimate dialogue to the sudden impact of a live performance, its dual A/D converters and 32-bit float recording let you capture changing dynamics without adjusting input gain in float mode.
Six inputs for a flexible recording setup
Connect external microphones or line-level sources through six locking Neutrik XLR inputs. Each input offers selectable mic/line operation, with low-noise preamps providing up to 75 dB of gain and selectable +24 V or +48 V phantom power for compatible microphones.
Built for production workflows
The onboard temperature-compensated timecode generator delivers ±0.2 ppm accuracy, helping keep audio and picture synchronised. Dedicated input-level knobs and a 1.54-inch full-colour LCD keep key controls and meters accessible, while separate headphone and line outputs support monitoring and routing on set.
