•Guitar Gallery gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary refund.
2.Usage
•Gift cards can only be used towards the purchase of items available on www.guitargallery.co.za.
•If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.
•If the purchase amount is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use.
3.Non-Transferable & Non-Reloadable
•Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be reloaded with additional funds.
4.Expiration & Validity
•Gift cards may have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase.
5.Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
•Guitar Gallery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat them like cash.
6.Returns & Refunds
•Items purchased with a gift card are subject to our store’s standard return and refund policy, but refunds will be credited back to the gift card.
7.Fraud & Abuse
•Guitar Gallery reserves the right to cancel or refuse a gift card if fraud, misuse, or a violation of these terms is suspected.
