The Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s Custom Color brings the classic design of Gibson’s Golden Era to life in a Honey Amber finish. With a non-weight-relieved mahogany body, AA figured maple top and fast-playing SlimTaper neck, it pairs warm, midrange-rich tone with clarity, bite and comfortable playability.
From first-position chords to expressive bends further up the neck, the bound Indian rosewood fretboard offers a familiar feel with its 12-inch radius and 22 medium jumbo frets. Acrylic trapezoid inlays complete the classic Les Paul look.
Two 60s Burstbucker humbuckers with Alnico 5 magnets deliver the voice of this early-60s-inspired Les Paul. Individual volume and tone controls use audio taper potentiometers, with hand-wired electronics and Orange Drop capacitors. The three-way toggle switch selects either pickup or combines both, while independent controls let you blend their sounds to taste.
An ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece are paired with Grover Rotomatic tuners with kidney buttons and a Graph Tech nut. Gold Top Hat knobs with silver reflectors add a period-inspired finishing touch. A Gibson hardshell case is included to protect your guitar between rehearsals, gigs and time at home.
