Talk about going the extra mile and then some!!! Trillion Dollar companies like Apple could learn from you guys at Guitar Gallery. My ultimate mistress (D28) had developed fret buzz during the delivery from Johannesburg. The commitment to resolving the problem was unbelievable - to the extent that Stephan had the guitar shipped to Casimi in Cape Town to fix the problem. My baby is back and all is well. THANK YOU doesn't seem to be enough!!
